A pilgrimage to the holy sites and the sea of wonders
Our Christian guests have no shortage of opportunities for some outstanding sites that serve to raise our faith and remind us just how sacred the holy land truly is.
Our two days in Galilee have us taking in the charming sites in and around Nazareth, starting with the impressive Church of the Annunciation (both Greek Orthodox and Catholic sites), Mary’s well, a walk through the old marketplace of Nazareth, the wedding chapel in Kfar Kanna, and across the lower Galilee on day 1, with an overnight in Tiberius. We make sure to pitstop at some of our favorite scenic lookouts that allow us to appreciate the charming landscape, the sites of the ministries, and a chance to revive our faith along the way.
On day two, we encircle the Sea of Galilee and the powerful sites of Christ’s ministries in that northern region, finishing off with a pleasant boat ride across these sacred waters before heading back towards Tel Aviv. Capernaum, The Mount of the Beautitudes and the Church of Tabha, and Magdalena are just a few of our destinations along this sacred journey into the heart of Christendom and into our own space of faith. The ministries of Christ began in northern Galilee and therefore this powerful 2-day excursion allows us to get back to the beginning of Christ’s ministries and the early teachings that rippled around the world with an inspirational force of faith. While we have our classic route that we’ve outlined here above, we are also happy to accommodate any certain sites that one would hope to visit such as Megiddo, Caesaria, or the Carmelite Church of Muhraka, should one wish to take in these unique sites as well.

This biblical exploration into the heartland of Judea and Jerusalem gives pilgrims a glimpse into the sacred spaces and holy sites in the heart of the holy land.
Guests heading in the direction of Jerusalem are able to enjoy two amazing days of Church hopping and site seeing in the center of the country. This route allows us to enjoy some of the rather wonderful churches in the area of Judea such as Latrun, Abu Ghosh, Emmaus, and Ein Karem, all of which are located outside of Jerusalem and conveniently located on the route to the holy city. Indeed, communities of faith are able to enjoy a plethora of wonderful visits, which means it becomes a question of how much we can take in, with only a couple of days.
While day one has us hopping in and around the Judean Hills, day two brings our guests a number of choices, whether that be the holy city of Jerusalem itself, and the numerous sites inside the city, or should guests wish, we are happy to make arrangements with our Palestinian colleagues for visits to Bethlehem and Jericho for a cultural and Christian visit inside the West Bank territory. While the Christian sites are quite important onto themselves, sometimes the cross-cultural aspect of traveling in the region is an important element to one’s journey. We work with some outstanding local guides in these areas, letting our guests rest assured that they can enjoy the best of both regions and the best of Christian travel in the holy land.
