How it works:
For guests planning to travel with us as part of our one, two, or three-day packages, we are happy to provide this service at no additional cost, based on the number of days traveling with us.
For each day that you travel with us, we will help plan the same number of days that you are traveling independently. If you join us for a three-day northern adventure, we will work with you on three additional days that you will be exploring on your own, so you can enjoy our guidance even beyond the tour itself.
Additional Planning Support
For each additional day beyond the included planning support, we request $50 per day for itinerary planning, arrangements, and logistics.
For guests seeking advice and support without booking a guided tour with us, itinerary planning and logistical support is priced at $75 per day.
This means we will map out your travels, customize an itinerary that matches your style, assist with bookings or reservations where needed, and reduce the unnecessary headaches that often come with planning a trip to Israel.
As an additional gift for guests seeking itinerary planning services for a trip of seven or more days, we will include any two self-guided audio experiences that align with your travels.
